 for net stop spooler :

del %systemroot%\System32\spool\printers\* /Q /F /S

net start spooler

Create a Bat file

There's a permanent way to do this if you don't want to go through all the trouble again. When you want to clear the print queue, just open your batch file.

1.  Now open Notepad or Notepad++ in our system (but not a word processor like Microsoft Word.)
2.  Here we enter the following lines:

4. del %systemroot%\System32\spool\printers* /Q /F /S
5. net start spooler
6. It is necessary to click File > Save it.

• Enter any name of the file with .bat suffix.
